Once you have completed the process at the Irish Human performance test center you will get your results fully explained online or One2One in a consultation with Jason Black our metabolic expert, explaining in simple terms the outcome and how to make the adaptations.

We then plan with our expert's a road map for your route to successfully achieving your goal's, we agree together the fun workout's and a seven day nutritional program personalised on your metabolism results.
